My First Double Digits! WOW!!!!

I had been doing LOTS of training for the 1/2 marathon that was at the beginning of this month..... well I could not believe that I would be running 13.1 miles and during training I would be running 10... well the schedule I used was Hal Higdon and it REALLY prepared me for my 1st 1/2....  well the day came that I was to do double digits.....  wowowoowowowwwww is all I can say... we started pretty early (Stephanie could not do it with us because she got hurt :(  )  so Jen S and I went out and this was only her 2nd time to run Double digits... sooooooo WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I was so happy to accomplish this... I remember telling Jen as we were getting close to being finished I wanted to make sure that God received all the glory and not me b/c I would not have been able to do it on my own :)...  I am thankful that I am healthy enough to do this!

This was a couple of months back BUT these pics were just SOOOOO cute I had to post them...  Lane is having a BALL in Kindergarten!.. Ms Jan is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!   we LOVE her!!!  she takes Lane to the next level and that is a GREAT thing for Lane!...  hope you enjoy her classroom as much as I did!

FOX FEVER baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the 2nd annual Fox Fever Run ....  Doug is the organizer of it and I am the "helper"... their is a WONDERFUL number of people who make this RUN possible!... ALL money goes to world missions...  WE ARE CALLED TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH... if your reading this you are NO exception!!!!!...  we must proclaim the Good News EVERYWHERE~!~!....  we had the opportunity to go to two radio stations with the kiddos (LOVE FIELD TRIPS!!!!) we had a GREAT time... still not sure on the total yet but it raised THOUSANDS of dollars!...  My he receive ALL the GLORY :)  here are some pics from those days! Soccer..... Pike county????

YES!!!!! we had 2 kiddos playing in Griffin then 1 playing in Pike....  Alexis had broke her foot back in July and had to be in a cast sooooooo she did not have the OK to play sooooo we told her that it was just at that time the Lords will that she not play at that time, after this discussion it was SO hard out at the field because the team she played with practiced the SAME nights as Caleb and Lane...  and VERY close to the other kiddos practice field as well! so about 1/2 through the season she was asked by coach Steve in Pike county if she could come on the team as 2 of their girls had left the team of course she was ECSTATIC!!!  YES!!!!  we had a great 5 games and we had a GREAT time!....  so here is pics of the 1st game!

OK..  So  I have 10k's and now it was time to do a 5k... weird I know (think I had it backwards)....oh well!!!!!!!!!!!..... I had been doing so much training because I was working toward a 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles) (which now I have done )  so I was excited to do this...  not to mention some of our friends were doing it too!.... It was hot, fun, tiring, hilly and everything else in between!...  hope you enjoy the pics!

Fall Fun..... lots of stuff!

WOW!!!!!!!!   this fall season has happend and happened so fast!... we have had crafts, pumpkin carving, fair and halloween (but FORGOT to get pics of halloween!...  it has been fun and makes me thankful for the time I do get to spend with family and friends!...  I am BLESSED!
