Planting the Garden................ WORK!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my FAVORITE things to watch.. God allows a seed to grow into something that we eat... it is AMAZING!!!!  It is SO easy to overlook so many things that God has in front of us... I want to go through life with my eyes wide open so I can NEVER lose focus on who and what created it!....  this year I was the picture taker and Alexis was at the Greenwoods so we had Daddy, Lane, Caleb and Joel Greenwood (poor thing worked so hard I heard that he had blisters but NEVER told us)... that boy can work & not one complaint (we should really look at him as an example!!!)....  here are the pictures.....

The best TEA PARTY ever :)

What a FUN day this was (last month)..... we rushed home from soccer....  got "cleaned" up so we could go to a SWEET friends house to have some tea!....  It was soooo much fun to change from the stinky soccer field to the fresh ladies worthy of tea.

Ms Bethany was so sweet to open her home so we could have some "girl" time!

Soccer... 2011...... HOW FUN!!!!!!

We have had such a great season.....  Doug has been Lane and Caleb's coach along with Brother Rick.... They seem to be having a GREAT time with the kiddos.... They use this time not only to teach the game of soccer but to pray and plant seeds... my prayer is that the Holy Spirit will move on each one of their hearts and that they would NEVER remember a time when they did not know their Lord and Savior.....
Alexis has had a great season.... coach Chris has taught her sooooo much and she is REALLY hustling out on the field....  she thus far has scored 2 goals but she is a GREAT passer!... we have great little athletes...  w really stess to the kiddos that the soccer field is a GREAT ministry oppertunity!... enjoy some from beginning to now.

From 3 to 7 months..... How the time flies!

I have SOOOO neglected this blog....  so I am making a promise publicly that I WILL not neglect this blog... ok I have admitted it!....  Andrew is growing so fast, so are the others but my eyes see it more with him, I have taken a picture at every month.... so here is 3 months - 7 month... can you see the change?????.... many milestones.. sat up, crawling, teeth, dada, bye bye....  wow that brain GOES 90 to nothing!... enjoy!

Lanes 5th birthday!.... wow can't believe she is 5!~~

This was a milestone.... 5 years!....  Lane had an exciting week (February 22)....we started off with G&G coming in from Florida and going to  Japenese... I really do like Mr. Fuji's in Griffin!.....  weird for a small town!...
then we had Grandmother here for her celebration with Lane then we ended with a GREAT 5th birthday for Lane.....  what a blessing to have Lane.... The Lord will do great things with her.... she needs to take that passion for life and make it all about HIM!!!!... Lane you are so precious and I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for you :)

December 2010~ March 9,2011

Notice the date.....  2010...  wow... can't believe that the new year is here and now it is almost time to set the clocks forward for SPRING..........   time has REALLY gotten away from me and it has been almost 4 months since I last blogged....  Thanks Bethany for reminding me that I haven't posted in a while!.... December zoomed by.. although I really reflected on the month and TRIED in my own mind, again, I can't comprehend in this mind things of God.. he is greater, powerful and all knowing....  still can't wrap my brain around it~!....  Faith...  believe... that is what this is called...  Knowing that GOD confined himself in the womb of a women came to earth, lived among the people is MIND BLOWING.....  thankful for my belief! 

We had upward, sweet time with the Whitworths and Farrars at the Christmas get together, Sunday Christmas with moms side of the family, Christmas with dads side (little sad as we did not have Sharyn to celebrate with us) Christmas at home with Grandmother....  we are blessed beyond MEASURE....  January...  We rang in the new year with great friends..(thanks for having us Hendrixs ( Steve and Faith.. must specify), started upward, spivey hall, Word, Worship and With, took 11 girls to the Revolve tour...  whew.... lots
February.....we had a broken arm (Alexis), Mindy and Ruth came for a visit, talK house moved to the Scout hut, Super Bowl party or house (happy birthday Maddy), in laws here, Andrew and Lanes dedication, mom visits for a week, yard sale and to finish it off LANES 5th Birthday party... 
March.......  sweet friend of mine passed away after a long battle with breast cancer. She was a beautiful women who loved the Lord and served him... what an example she was for me!... laid her to rest on
March 4th, my birthday was the same day but to honor her was such a gift...  we started soccer, Alexis had a great time with Julie for her birthday, and then sweet friends gave me a sweet birthday dinner at their house... (thanks Brisendines!)., Monday night my grow group ladies had me a "party"... 

This is a VERY brief summary of our last 4 months.... BLESSED!
the kiddos are doing great, growing, maturing and spiritually hungry for things of God...
hopefully it will not be so long till the next blog........  love everyone

Black Friday..............

This was such a fun night...  did you see the night in there!!..  I really am NOT a night owl so this was totally out of my comfort zone!... really was getting my energy from God for sure!.. Jennifer G & I had planned a few days before that we would brave the crowds & go for it!......  we left Griffin about 11:00pm..  did you see the pm.....  we decided we would go to the Tanger outlet mall in Locust Grove.. well let me tell you that EVERYONE in south Atlanta was there as well... took us almost 2 hours to get into the 1st store...(it usually takes only 30 minutes to get to the mall)...  we saw it all.. A truck that parked on a STEEP hill...  tried getting  a pic but it was too dark... oh well... we had a GREAT time & Jen we will have to do it next year!
